Gov. Ned Lamont today signed a bill that will relax restrictions on outdoor dining in Connecticut.
The bill will allow restaurants to expand more services to their customers outside.
Restaurant owners say they are still facing spacing issues inside when it comes to dining because of 6-foot spacing and social distancing.
Restaurants in Connecticut have been allowed to increase their indoor capacity limits to 100 percent since March 19.
Restaurant owners say they hope the loosening of restrictions on outdoor dining will help their businesses during the ongoing pandemic.
