WHAT TO KNOW
Connecticut got some much-needed rain as Friday came to an end. Fairfeld County saw a little more than an inch.

OVERNIGHT
Temperatures will drop into the upper 30s to mid-40s, with isolated low-level moisture keeping a slight chance of a localized brief shower or cloudiness overnight before clearing out toward daybreak.

The better half of the weekend arrives on Sunday.
Dry weather, a mix of sun and clouds and comfortable fall temperatures will make for excellent conditions across the area. Lower humidity levels will add to the pleasant feel, providing a great opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities.
Overall, the weather pattern is becoming much quieter, with calmer and more seasonable conditions settling in after the recent stretch of rain.
