Gov. Dannel Malloy will be in Norwalk tomorrow to talk about his plans to overhaul the state's public education system.
Malloy will hold a town hall meeting at West Rocks Middle School starting at 7 p.m.
The governor says he will keep holding meetings until the General Assembly passes a bill that addresses all of his education concerns.
