Gov. Jodi Rell was busy Thursday signing two bills into law.
Regulating the way children get their medication in school is the focus of the first bill. It changes how students and school officials administer asthma medication and epinephrine pens.
The other bill focuses on cleaning up brownfield sites in Connecticut. Rell says the bill will make it easier for developers to get cleanup costs from people who pollute industrial sites.
