(05/18/06) HARTFORD ? Governor Jodi Rell (R-CT) officially named her choice for lieutenant governor Thursday afternoon.

Rell says Fedele shares her vision and priorities forConnecticut. She says they both want a state where people can findgood, well-paying jobs, and children receive the best educationpossible. Fedele currently serves as the CEO of the computer sales and leasing company Pinnacle Group.

Republicans will nominate their candidates this Saturday at Central Connecicut State University. Democrats will also name their candidates Saturday in Hartford.
