Family and friends have identified the 20-year-old Greenwich man who police say died after a late-night bike ride turned fatal Sunday.
Authorities say that 20-year-old Joseph Borselio was riding his bike around 11:30 p.m. when a car hit him and then crashed into a telephone pole yards down Sheephill Road.
According to police, the body was found by the foot of a nearby driveway. A driver found it and called 911.
Borselio worked at the Shop Rite off West Main Street in Stamford, his friends say. He had finished his shift as a cashier at around 7 p.m. Sunday.
Police have not released the name of the driver of the car that hit Borselio.
