A New York City man charged with disrupting a road race in honor of Sandy Hook shooting victim Victoria Soto has pleaded guilty in the case.
Matthew Mills, 32, agreed to a plea deal yesterday.
Soto's sister told police Mills approached her and began arguing that Victoria never existed and the shootings never happened.
Mills was sentenced to two years probation.
