Hundreds of people in Bridgeport did their part to find forever homes for pets on Saturday.
The Bridgeport Animal Control held its second annual Howl-O-Ween Spooktacular adoption event, which featured food, music, raffles and a costume contest.
The free event raised hundreds of dollars in donations for an outdoor play area that the organization plans to build.
