Before Milford residents head out to trick-or-treat Saturday, the Beth-El Center is hoping many will stop by the center's Trick or Trot 5K fundraiser.
The event raises money to help the homeless.
Organizers say the Beth-El Center served 26,000 meals last year.
Turnout for the fundraiser continues to grow each year, according to organizers.
Charles B. Simmons says the center helped him greatly and that he doesn't know where he would be without it.
