Hartford Hospital receives nearly $9 million from FEMA for COVID expenses

The funds will go to masks, respirators, gloves and other personal protective equipment.

Hartford Hospital is getting nearly $9 million from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for COVID expenses.
Jefferson House Long-term Care and Rehabilitation Center and Cedar Mountain Commons are also receiving money from the grant.
The funds will go to masks, respirators, gloves and other personal protective equipment.
It will also cover coronavirus testing and treatment costs.
