A Hawinton man is facing manslaughter charges in connection with the death of his girlfriend last year.
Police say Cooper Oullette was driving with his 17-year-old girlfriend when she somehow fell out of the truck in Burlington.
Authorities say the girlfriend was brought to the Bristol Hospital by family members where she later died.
They say the case met the criteria for a domestic violence crime and submitted a warrant for Oullette's arrest.
Ouelette turned himself in Friday and was released on a $50,000 bond. He's expected in court Monday.
