Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Michelle Powers says there will be sunny skies and high temperatures as conditions get hotter on Memorial Day and Tuesday.
Connecticut will see upper 80s away from shoreline.
Hotter for Tuesday. Lower 90s away from Sound in Connecticut .
At this time, humidity is up but heat index doesn't look excessive or long enough for heat advisories. NWS will have more later.
Backdoor front Tuesday night into Wednesday, then cold front, so added shower/thunderstorm risk
Cooler mid week.

Wednesday: Sun and clouds. Cooler highs around 80.
Thursday: Sun and clouds, passing shower. Highs upper-70s.
Friday: Repeat Thursday.
Saturday: Mostly sunny and nice, highs 75-80.
