The 2025 Hey Stamford Food Festival is back, promising a packed weekend full of local bites, live music and family fun entertainment at Mill River Park.

The two-day festival happening July 26 and 27 will feature more than 20 food vendors, eating competitions and performances.

PJ Kennedy, founder of Hey Stamford!, says the event is about celebrating the city and the good eats that Connecticut offers.

"I'm born and raised in Stamford, so to be able to come into this park and do some things like this is tremendous," Kennedy said.
