The gusty winds had a major impact Sunday night for communities across Connecticut.

Video from Bridgeport captured a tree that toppled and landed on the roof of a home on Lakeside Drive,, which also damaged the residence's gutter.

Also in Bridgeport, a tree pulled down power lines at East Main and Evers streets. United Illuminating crews responded to the scene for that incident.
