Hot dogs are creating quite a debacle in Greenwich, right near the New York border on Anderson Hill Road.

Frank DeNicola says he's operated his hot dog vending truck on the Greenwich side of the border for nearly 20 years. However, DeNicola says a plan to build townhouses on the Rye Brook side of the property is forcing him out. DeNicola claims resentment from some Rye Brook Village officials and residents led to his eviction by Greenwich Town leaders.

Rye Brook Village Trustee Dean Santon says, over the years, DeNicola operated his truck illegally and on private property.
