'I'm only a baby!' Darien preschooler summoned for jury duty

When Dr. Omar Ibrahimi, a prominent dermatologist from Darien, received a jury summons in the mail last week, he assumed it was for him.
"But then I did a double-take when I saw Zara's name on the letter," Ibrahimi said.
Zara is his 4-year-old daughter.
"Obviously, some kind of mistake was made," he said.
Officials say a mistake was made, but it happens only rarely.

Ibrahimi, who initially thought his daughter's identity had been stolen, said he was grateful to learn about the more innocent origin of the error.
"Now it's just a funny story that my wife and I will share for the rest of our lives - and one that Zara will go on sharing with her kids long after that," Ibrahimi said.
Officials say Zara will have "no problem" being excused from jury duty.
