The new 10,000-square-foot facility located in North Town center boasts 10 simulator bays, VIP rooms with couches for private events, as well as a bar and TVs.

Mayor Laura Hoydick helped cut the ribbon on Thursday.

Co-owner Javaid Ahmed says X-Golf has the most accurate golf simulators in the world.

“So far it’s pretty cool to see the customers that walk in, everybody kind of has that same look on their face where they’re like ‘Wow,’ I didn’t expect that. From the outside, it’s relatively non-descriptive, and then you walk in, and it’s just there it is," Ahmed said. “So it’s just really exciting to see the customers come in and see what we have to offer. Their excitement triggers our excitement, and we want to keep that going.”

Ahmed said all golfers are welcome regardless of skill level.
