Connecticut’s official state groundhog, Chuckles, has predicted an early spring!
The Lutz Children’s Museum in Manchester has been hosting the event for decades - they say Manchester Mayor Jay Moran is the only one in Connecticut who can translate groundhog.
Chuckles isn’t the only rodent making a prediction for Connecticut.
At Bridgeport’s Beardsley Zoo, the prairie dog “Beardsley Bart” delivered his prediction through Mayor Joe Ganim – an early spring!
