A student sex tape videotaped at Milford's Jonathan Law High is the latest incident to rock the school.
The incident allegedly occurred in November, but it was only recently made public. School officials say a freshman girl was engaging in sexual acts with a male student in a bathroom while another girl captured it with a cell phone camera.
The three students, whose names have not been released due to their ages, were suspended for 10 days for the incident. No criminal charges were filed.
When asked for a comment, a school district spokesperson would only say that the situation is a rare incident.
One of the girls was expelled this week for allegedly setting a science teacher's hair on fire with a lighter. Police say the girl was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment, third-degree assault and breach of peace.
The teacher, George Lardas, did not require medical attention.
