A judge ruled that the owner of a Darien McDonald's franchise violated labor laws.
Four workers, along with several others, were laid off when the McDonald's at the I-95 Service Plaza shut down last March.
A judge found when the store reopened a few months later, the four workers were the only ones not offered their jobs back.
The owner must now rehire the workers and provide them back pay.
