A judge ruled today that a Norwalk man accused of killing his former mother-in-law cannot have contact with the victim's family - including his two sons. Trumbull police say Ylli Shtopaku attacked 70-year-old Lida Shape outside of her apartment complex and later confessed to the crime in a police interview. Shtopaku is charged with murder in Shape's death.
