Jury deliberations are continuing today in the trial of an ex-Milford police officer charged with killing two teens in 2009. Jason Anderson had been acquitted of manslaughter, but convicted of negligent homicide. However, the judge rejected the split verdict because the jury found one of the victims partly responsible for the crash. Dr. Wayne Carver, the state's chief medical examiner, had previously testified that David Servin, the driver of the other vehicle, had a blood alcohol level of .14 at the time of the crash.
