A Woodbridge man has pleaded guilty to a federal cocaine trafficking charge after investigators found 21 kilograms of cocaine hidden under the front seats of his vehicle, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Prosecutors say 37-year-old Reginald Rogers was stopped by Connecticut State Police in Trumbull on February 23, 2026, when a K-9 alerted troopers to narcotics in his Subaru Crosstrek.

Rogers admitted to possession with intent to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine and agreed to forfeit the vehicle. He is free on a $150,000 bond and is scheduled to be sentenced on August 26. The case is part of a Homeland Security Task Force initiative targeting transnational criminal organizations.
