-15,817 tests were administered and 213 came back positive (1.3% positivity rate)
-191 patients are hospitalized (increase of 3)
-There have been 3 COVID-related deaths
-Red alert: Canterbury, Danbury, East Lyme, Griswold, Hartford, Montville, Norwich, New London, Preston, Sprague and Windham.
-Some things a town in the red alert category can do to mitigate the spread are postpone indoor activities, switch to remote learning in schools and roll back to phase 2.
-Lamont announced financial programs that are coming to help small business and nonprofits in the state.
-Lamont highlighted Shared Work, where the state can help pick up portions of your employees' salaries if you can't afford it.
