With the clock ticking down to the end of this legislative session, lawmakers are heading back to Hartford today to try to finish a revised budget.
The new fiscal year has a projected $960 million deficit.
The General Assembly was in session over the weekend.
Gov. Dannel Malloy on Friday said negotiations with the legislature's majority Democrats were "hitting a wall," apparently at odds over spending cuts.
The session ends Wednesday at midnight.
