Halloween has passed and decorations have come down, but what can we do with those old pumpkins?
"Food scraps are a resource and should be viewed as that and not trash," said Stephanie Maynard, co-owner of the Ox Hollow Farm.

Cows, pigs and chickens love pumpkins, a tasty and nutritious snack this time of year.
Other towns and cities are also encouraging residents to compost right at home, it can be as easy as leaving it out for wildlife to enjoy.
