Stamford police say a man is facing several charges for stalking a 17-year-old waitress. Police arrested Victor Obregon, 43, who they say gave the girl a $100 tip at the restaurant where she works,

Stamford police say a man is facing several charges for stalking a 17-year-old waitress.
Police arrested Victor Obregon, 43, who they say gave the girl a $100 tip at the restaurant where she works, left her love notes at her home, followed her and called her.
Officers also say Obregon has the teen's name and the names of two other women tattooed on his chest.
