Police in Branford turn a traffic stop into a drug bust.

Hernandez Salazar was arrested after eight kilograms of narcotics were found inside the trunk of his car.

According to police, Salazar, along with a woman, were stopped Wednesday evening due to window tints.

After observing the pair acting nervous, officers searched the trunk and found eight packages of narcotics inside a duffel bag.

The drugs are said to have a street value of $2 million.
