A Torrington man was arrested at Bradley International Airport after a loaded gun was found in his carry-on bag.
Matthew English, 39, was detained and questioned while he was going through security for his Atlanta-bound flight.
English was placed under arrest and charged with a weapons violation and released on bond.
He is scheduled to appear in court next month.
