Norwalk police have charged a 27-year-old man with manslaughter in connection with a two-car accident that killed a woman in June.
Police say Salvador Vega was drunk when he crashed his car into a Toyota on Belden Avenue on June 21.
Police say a passenger in the Toyota, Doris Ramirez-Giraldo, 49, was thrown from the car and died at the scene.
Police have also reportedly filed DUI charges against Joe Ramirez, 45, who was driving the car that Ramirez-Giraldo was in.
