Police in Orange say a man from Hamden is facing DUI charges after they found him fast asleep in his car in the middle of a road.
Police say they arrested 32-year-old Ralph Ruggiero last week near Grassy Hill and Derby-Milford roads.
They say officers had to wake him up and put his car in park.
