A New Jersey man will spend 30 years in prison for killing a cab driver in Norwalk.
Ramiro Arcos-Garcia admitted to stabbing Jackson Pierre-Louis inside his taxi on Grove Street in 2014.
Officials said at yesterday's sentencing, Arcos-Garcia is also wanted in West Virginia, and the court will notify that state of his sentence.
