A Norwalk boater is safe after being rescued from Long Island Sound.
Police say the man's 12-foot sailboat capsized off Sprite Island just before noon yesterday.
They say the man was wearing his life jacket and had his cell phone in a water tight bag, which enabled him to call 911.
Police say he was very cold, and starting to show signs of hypothermia when he was pulled from the water.
