A man is expected to face charges after a shooting inside Giovanni's Restaurant in Windsor this weekend.

Police say a man was shot in the stomach early Saturday morning.

The victim is in stable condition but remains in serious condition at the hospital. The suspected shooter was later stopped by New York State Police and arrested.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact them.
