Police responded to an early morning stabbing in Castle Hill.

Officers say they went to the intersection of Randall Avenue and White Plains Road after a 911 call around 2:33 a.m.

Police found a 39-year-old man in the area unconscious and unresponsive with multiple stab wounds to his back and lower abdomen.

He was transported to a hospital in critical condition.

No arrests have been made at this time.
