Bridgeport police say a 22-year-old man is recovering after being shot in the chest.
They say it happened last night on Iranistan Avenue just after 9 p.m.
Police say the victim, Marlin Smith, got into an argument with the shooter, and they believe they know each other.
Officers say they have several leads and hope to make an arrest soon.
