Michelle Troconis' lawyer has filed three new motions in the case of a missing New Canaan woman who officials believe was murdered by her estranged husband.
One of the motions involves discovery and two are focused on moving Troconis' case from Stamford Superior Court to Hartford.
Troconis is charged with conspiracy to commit murder, evidence tampering and hindering prosecution in the death of Jennifer Dulos, the estranged wife of her former boyfriend, Fotis Dulos.

Attorney Jon Schoenhorn wants the court to compel the state to turn over all its evidence in the case.
That includes statements made by the late Dulos and all witnesses to law enforcement.
Schoenhorn also says the case needs to be transferred to the Hartford Judicial District because that's where the alleged crimes occurred.
He claims trying the case in Stamford is part of an "unlawful scheme" by law enforcement to violate his client's rights.
