Swim Across the Sound moves to Connecticut

The Milford Fire Department says one person was seriously injured in a motorcycle and car crash on Tuesday night.

It happened on Boston Post Road in front of Big Y.

Fire officials said one person suffered serious injuries and was taken to the hospital. There is no word on their condition.

They urged people traveling in the area to be extremely cautious.

They closed Boston Post Road from Plains Road to Erna Avenue for an extended period of time. The road was reopened as of Wednesday morning.
