Milford’s planning and zoning commission approved a proposal for Dockside Brewery.

With that final hurdle cleared, the brewery can now enter the construction phase.

Plans for the property include renovating the 4,000 square foot building that currently houses Village Marina to then serve as the new craft brewery.

The owners of the beirgarten say they hope to create jobs and revitalize the community.
