A Virginia Tech freshman from Milford is back home, but still in shock from Monday?s shootings. Jack Orlando says he was grabbing food at a cafeteria near Norris Hall when he heard Cho Seung-Hui?s gunshots. The shootings ultimately left 32 dead. ?Until Monday the mood was ?I have tests, finals, projects?,? Orlando told News 12 Connecticut. ?Then in two hours it all changed to how are we going to move on from here?? One of the victims, Brian Bluhm, was Orlando?s teaching assistant. Matthew Gwaltney, another victim, was an acquaintance of Orlando?s as well. ?This is not a Tech problem,? said Orlando. ?This kid went nuts. This is his fault. This is not the school. You can't plan for this.?
