A Stamford mother of two who disappeared almost two weeks ago has been found, according to police.

A Stamford mother of two who disappeared almost two weeks ago has been found, according to police.
They say 41-year-old Karolina Vanni was found Thursday in the Bronx. She was disoriented and taken to a hospital for evaluation.
Vanni was last seen Dec. 9 walking along Lockwood Avenue, then later boarding a bus bound for Darien.
