Betting had been taking place at its sports bar while the new space was being built.
It is a huge space at 11,000 square feet. It has a 140-foot video wall.
There are 30 other TVs as well as betting kiosks and a full bar.
Gamblers started placing bets Thursday morning.
The official grand opening will take place on March 5.
