A Monroe man is facing charges after police say he took videos of boys in shorts without their knowledge.
Police arrested Kenneth Raftery yesterday at his home on Stonecroft Way.
They say officers found child pornography on his laptop, iPad and iPhone.
They also found voyeuristic videos filmed by Raffetery himself, including a video of a past Masuk High School football team car wash.
