A business in Norwalk had a special gift for mothers Sunday.
Lifepath Yoga and Wellness offered a special Mother's Day self-care package that featured yoga and mimosas.
The owner says that self-care and pampering is especially important to mothers because they often take care of others while ignoring their own needs.
A free yoga happy hour will also be held this Friday.
