A Norwalk woman was charged Friday with murdering her husband after setting him on fire last December.
Police say 57-year-old Langley poured accelerant on her husband, James Langley, in a bedroom of their home before igniting the flames.
Mr. Langley then reportedly extinguished the fire and attempted to drive himself to the hospital.
He suffered second- and third-degree burns to 30 percent of his body, including his abdomen, head, arms and legs, and later died.
The Norwalk Police Department is looking at several possible motives for the crime, said Lt. Thomas Cummings.
