New Canaan residents can now use their smartphones to claims one of dozens of new parking spaces downtown.
Sixty spaces are now available on Cherry Street using the Boxcar app.
The spaces are available from 6 a.m. to midnight, and cost $7 a day.
The town also announced it will build an additional 60 parking spaces at the Talmadge Hill train station.
