259ds agoNew Canaan Public Schools says 53 students at New Canaan High School are currently in quarantine.
According to the district's COVID-19 dashboard, there are currently four students at the high school with confirmed cases of COVID-19 who are isolating.
A staff member at the high school is also in quarantine, as well as a staffer at West Elementary School.
According to reports, those who were asked to quarantine may have come in close contact in school or in extracurricular activities.
Across the district, several younger siblings of the students who were infected are staying home as well.
