ISIS has released yet another video, this time the group is threatening to attack the White House and Rome.
In the video, terrorists threaten to turn the White House "black with our fire."
The State Department has warned St. Peter's Basilica at the Vatican could also be a potential target.
FBI officials says the terrorists are hoping to make people afraid.
Threats have also been made to New York City where police have increased their patrols.
