State lawmakers will be heading back to Hartford this week to begin a new legislative session starting on Wednesday.
Some of the top issues will be a looming budget deficit.
Gov. Dannel Malloy is also promising a new initiative to address our aging roads, rails and bridges.
The governor will be sworn in for his second term on Wednesday as well.
