New poll shows majority approves Gov. Lamont's handling of COVID-19 pandemic

Gov. Ned Lamont is still receiving high marks for his handling of the pandemic, although the numbers dropped a bit in the latest Sacred Heart Poll.

Gov. Ned Lamont is still receiving high marks for his handling of the pandemic, although the numbers dropped a bit in the latest Sacred Heart Poll.
Sixty-six percent of those surveyed approve Lamont's overall response to the pandemic, compared with 69% in April.
Almost 68%  support the mask mandate in schools, while 59% say they would support a school vaccination requirement.
Additionally, 64% surveyed support the state employee vaccine mandate.
